01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the hpwinn website at hpwinn.com, its subdomains, and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces through which hpwinn services are accessed.
• "Services" means all gaming products, sportsbook betting, live casino, lottery, slots, payment facilities, bonus programmes, and any other service made available on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by a User on the Platform following successful completion of the hpwinn registration process.
• "Funds" means money deposited by a User into their hpwinn Account for the purpose of participating in the Services.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered to a User under a hpwinn promotion, subject to applicable terms.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, game content, design elements, databases, and other proprietary materials associated with hpwinn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a User may withdraw funds from their hpwinn Account.

References to "including" are not limiting. Headings are for reference only. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any hpwinn Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. hpwinn reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If it is determined that a User has provided false information regarding their age, hpwinn will close the Account immediately, void all transactions conducted on that Account, and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the hpwinn Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or in conjunction with another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds held across the duplicate Accounts, and potential reporting to financial and regulatory authorities.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your hpwinn Account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number for verification purposes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and entitles hpwinn to terminate your Account without notice.

2.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. hpwinn will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify hpwinn immediately via the on-site live chat if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

hpwinn is required under applicable international gaming authority licensing obligations to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require submission of the following documents, which must be provided in clear, legible form:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of eWallet account registered in your name).

hpwinn reserves the right to request additional documentation where it considers this necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Accounts that remain unverified after thirty (30) days from registration may have withdrawal access restricted until KYC is completed. hpwinn will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate any outstanding requirements to the User via their registered contact details.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hpwinn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change with reasonable notice. hpwinn does not accept cash deposits or deposits from unverified third-party sources.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via supported payment methods are generally credited to your hpwinn Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. hpwinn is not responsible for delays attributable to the User's bank, eWallet provider, or mobile network operator. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed by hpwinn within the timeframe stated in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. hpwinn reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially higher than the User's typical transaction pattern. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the hpwinn Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or eWallet provider are your responsibility.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

Participation in any game, bet, or wager on the hpwinn Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or betting market, which are displayed within the game interface or betting product. The following general rules apply across all hpwinn Services:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. hpwinn will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest system error or where the relevant game or market is voided in accordance with applicable rules.
• hpwinn reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed using information not publicly available, in breach of these Terms, or as part of a coordinated scheme to defraud the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may be adjusted at hpwinn's discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game session, the outcome of any interrupted round will be determined by hpwinn's gaming system records and the rules of the relevant game provider. hpwinn's decision in such matters is final.
• Game outcomes on the hpwinn Platform are determined by certified random number generation systems (for RNG products) or physical dealing from verified equipment (for live casino products). hpwinn does not manipulate outcomes.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

hpwinn may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. The following general conditions apply to all hpwinn promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is subject to a specific set of terms published at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Promotions are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through separate Accounts or by other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account termination.
• hpwinn reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time. Bonuses that remain unredeemed or that have not met the wagering requirement within the specified promotional period will expire without value.
• hpwinn may exclude any User from a specific promotion at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User's participation is not in the spirit of fair play.

07 Responsible Gaming

hpwinn is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users via the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you may lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications reminding you of the time elapsed during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing hpwinn Services. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the nominated exclusion period.

Once a self-exclusion request is processed, hpwinn will make reasonable efforts to prevent excluded Users from accessing the Platform, receiving promotional communications, or opening new Accounts during the exclusion period. 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hpwinn Platform. hpwinn reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, to void all related transactions, to withhold any balances pending investigation, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, claiming multiple bonus entitlements, or any other fraudulent purpose;
• Providing false identity information or submitting forged, altered, or fraudulent KYC documentation;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity;
• Depositing funds through payment accounts not registered in your own name or using stolen, disputed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited;
• Any conduct that hpwinn reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other Users, staff, or the integrity of the Platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the hpwinn Platform — including but not limited to the hpwinn name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hpwinn or its licensors. No portion of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of hpwinn. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hpwinn's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises. hpwinn shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, network outages, or events outside hpwinn's reasonable control (including force majeure events);
• Losses arising from a User's own failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Any content, actions, or representations of third-party game providers integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits hpwinn's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from hpwinn's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11 Privacy and Data

hpwinn collects, processes, and stores User personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. hpwinn does not sell User personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers (including KYC verification providers, payment processors, and game studios) where necessary to deliver the Services, and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

12 Amendments and Termination

hpwinn reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, hpwinn will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an on-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

hpwinn may terminate or suspend any Account at any time, with or without cause, including where hpwinn determines in its reasonable judgement that continued operation of the Account poses a compliance, fraud, or reputational risk. Upon termination for cause, hpwinn may withhold Account balances pending investigation and is not obligated to return Funds where prohibited conduct has been established.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising under or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hpwinn holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through hpwinn's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable international gaming authority's dispute resolution mechanism. You agree that this dispute resolution process is the exclusive mechanism for resolving claims against hpwinn and waive any right to pursue claims in any other forum, except as required by mandatory applicable law.
